About Us
We are a small, family owned company that is based in Missoula Montana. We came to western Montana in 1996, drawn by its beauty, rugged mountains and wildlife. We moved to Missoula in 1999 and started our company in the spring of 2000. When we started our company we saw a need in the area for an electrical contractor that was pleasant to work with and really took customer service seriously. We knew that we never wanted to be a large company. We really enjoyed the fact that all of Montana was like a small town and it seemed that everyone knew one another. We wanted to build a company around that!
Since our start we have striven to meet our goals as well as the expectations of our customers. We wanted our customers to know us by name and refer us to their friends and family. We knew the only way to do that was to stand out by going above and beyond what the normal electrical company does. We understand that any project can be stressful. We would like to use our experience to make the electrical aspect of your project an enjoyable one!
Meet Our Team
Derrick Holland
President & Owner
Derrick started his career in the fall of 1999 and fell in love with the industry. He is dedicated to working hard for his customers to deliver what they want, safely and at a reasonable price. He was one of the youngest master electricians in the state of Montana at the time, receiving his master’s license at the age of 31. He is husband to a great wife and a proud father of a son Derrin and daughter Kloe. He enjoys the outdoors in his free time. He loves camping, riding anything on two wheels and being on the water when he can.
Derrin Holland
General Manager & Electrician
Derrin serves as the general manager and a skilled electrician. He earned his electrical license in 2022 and has been training since he was 17 years old. He prides himself on being a diligent professional committed to excellence. Thanks to his strong technical proficiency, he excels at evaluating complex electrical issues and engineering creative, effective solutions. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys a variety of personal interests, spending his free time gaming, constructing intricate Lego sets, cycling, and attending concerts. He is a proud husband to his wife, Savannah. Together they have the great joy of companionship with their dog Lucy and their two cats, Mac and Millie.
Kathryn Holland
Office Manager
Kathryn is our office manager. She takes care of answering phones and coordinating with our customers to get their projects finished on time.
She loves to garden, cook and camp.
Dave Holland
Construction Support
We depend on Dave for support in the field. He’s willing to do whatever it takes to help the team keep producing. On his own time, he loves to hunt, fish and travel. He’s a family man and always ready to back everyone up.
